With over 8,500 integrations already completed there's a good chance we're already integrated with the property management software you currently use.  If we're not currently integrated, we have a team devoted to developing even more integrations ready to go!  We provide a seamless experience to order background checks and get your results right within the system you're already familiar with.  

GATHER INFO DIRECTLY FROM APPLICANTS

No more deciphering handwriting or copying and pasting!  Using our QuickApp process, applicants can securely fill out an online form that will automatically fill in everything you need to be able to jump straight into processing the background check. 

FREE CREDIT REPORTS DETAILS

  • Offer valid for professional property management companies managing 1,000 units or more in the United States.  New clients only.
  • Requires account with Safer Places, Inc. for tenant screening services including credit bureau required on-site inspection and credentialing.
  • Not valid on SmartMove product.  Integrations not included.
  • Offer valid for Credit Reports only.  Client may request additional screening services in addition to the free credit report as part of a screening package. Cost for additional services will be billed monthly and subject to terms listed in your account agreement.
