U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released a new version of the Employment Eligibility Form I-9. While there are no substantive changes, employers should begin using the latest version as soon as possible. The previous version of the I-9 Form should not be used after June 30, 2008.

The new version of the I-9 Form has an expiration date of "06/30/09" in the upper right-hand corner. Click here to download the latest version.
